LiuGong Supports Post-Disaster Reconstruction in Thailand

On September 24, 2024, the Chiang Rai Provincial Administrative Organization (PAO) received a 14-ton wheel excavator from LiuGong Thailand. The equipment was provided to assist in post-flood restoration efforts, helping local communities clear mud, debris, and fallen branches in various areas of Chiang Rai following the receding floodwaters.

Recently, continuous heavy rainfall has caused severe flooding in Chiang Rai, with rivers overflowing and inundating large areas. Many homes, farmlands, and public infrastructure have been damaged. LiuGong hopes that by providing this equipment, it can help the people of Chiang Rai overcome the challenges brought by the flooding and facilitate the region’s rapid recovery. LiuGong Thailand also expresses its concern for all those affected by the disaster and hopes everyone can return to normal life as soon as possible.
